Information we receive when you call
Our site has no contact forms. The main way we receive information from you is by phone. When you call, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell the dispatcher, such as your address, the plumbing problem and the best time to reach you.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call and ask to be handled another way, or hang up and contact us by email instead.
We use call information to dispatch a plumber, to give you a price before work starts, to follow up on the visit and to improve how we answer the phone.
Information we receive when you email us
If you send an email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
Website data and cookies
This website does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising cookies of its own. Like most web servers, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
Pages that show a map load a Google Maps embed. Google may set its own cookies or collect usage data when that map loads. Google's use of that data is covered by Google's own privacy policy.
How we share information
We share call details with the licensed plumber or contractor who is sent to your address, because they need them to do the job. We may also share information with service providers who help us run the phone line and website, and when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep call records and emails for as long as we need them to handle your service request, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting duties. After that we delete them or remove identifying details.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@expressplumbernewbrunswick.com. We will respond as required by the law that applies to you.
If you receive a call or text from us that you do not want, tell us and we will stop contacting you about that matter.
Children
This website is meant for adults who own, rent or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
