What the website is for
The website describes our plumbing services and the New Jersey towns we serve. It is general information. It is not a substitute for an inspection, and it does not create a contract for any work.
Articles and guides are written to help you understand common plumbing problems. Every home is different, so a plumber has to see the problem in person before recommending a repair.
Calling us
All requests for service are made by phone at (732) 466-1098. The line is staffed for emergency dispatch around the clock.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By calling, you agree to this recording.
Pricing and scheduling
We give you a clear price before work starts. A price is based on what you describe on the phone and what the plumber finds on site. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, the plumber will explain the change and get your agreement before continuing.
Same-day appointments are offered when available. Availability depends on the time of day, the type of problem and how many calls are waiting, so we cannot promise a particular arrival time.
Licensed professionals
Plumbing work is carried out by licensed and insured plumbers. You can ask any plumber who comes to your home for proof of their license and check it with the state licensing board before work begins.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure someone who is allowed to approve work is present, and that the plumber can reach the area where the problem is. In an emergency, you can reduce damage by shutting off the main water valve and keeping people away from wet electrical items while you wait.
Limits on what we can promise
The website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that every detail is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on general information on the website instead of a plumber's inspection.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under New Jersey or federal consumer protection law.
